How do I book a picnic set-up?

Please place bookings on our website by selecting “book online.”

Ugh! What about Covid?

We are taking this pandemic very seriously and taking every precaution to ensure your safety by wearing gloves and masks as we set-up, sanitizing all decor, and reusable items.

Where can my picnic be set-up?

Most Murrieta, Temecula, and Menifee parks.  We can also set up picnics at your home, however, with Covid, we can only set up in front and backyards. We are open to most places in Southern California as well.  Please inquire about your preferred location as we are flexible.

What themes do you provide?

Boho, Romance, The Birdcage, Coastal, Pinky Up Tea Party, The Palm, Tropical Birthday, Cupid's Arrow, Poker Face, Free Spirit, Be Our Guest, Conversation Hearts, Blush, Blue Bell Chic, Shabby Chic, and customization upon request. We're often adding new themes, so please check back!

Is food provided?

You provide your own food and drink (non-alcoholic if at a park) however, charcuterie boxes and other desserts are available for an additional cost. Please check the tab at the top of the page listed as "Pricing" to find more information on "Add-ons."

What if I don’t have Venmo or Zelle?

You can easily download these free apps, but we are happy to try to work with you, so please give us a call.

What if we need to leave early?

Though we think you’re going to have a blast and won’t want to leave, if you do need to leave early, please give us a 30-minute notice by calling or texting us. You are liable for all picnic equipment, if you do not give us notice of your early departure.

What happens if I show up late?

We get it, sometimes things don’t go as planned. Though your picnic will start at the time you reserved, we are happy to give you a 15 minute grace period. Fees will be charged for groups arriving after the grace period, as we will have to stay until you arrive. If an hour passes, we reserve the right to pack the picnic up. We appreciate your understanding.

What if I need to cancel?

We totally understand plans change. If you need to cancel within 14 days of your booking, you will receive a full refund. Our full cancelation policy is outlined in our service agreement.

What if it rains?

Bummer! On the morning of your booking, if it looks like rain will ruin the day, we can reschedule your set-up to another available date (within three months) at no additional cost.

Do we clean up?

Nope! You just have a great time. We will take care of the clean up.
